  Took an iPhone 5c in with cracked screen that had been functioning perfectly for 2 years. Crack had begun to irritate so hoped for simple screen replacement. Compu-Link replaced the screen, and the touchpad no longer worked and couldn't receive or make calls. Took it to Apple who told me this is a common problem with counterfeit screens. Compu-Link tried two more of their screens before giving up. They had obviously damaged the phone somehow in repair, but refused to accept any blame. Managed to get back £40 of the £50 I'd paid for screen repair (no receipt as they don't provide), and now left with non-functioning phone. Owner also aggressive - remarked that I wouldn't dare cause trouble in his shop, despite the fact that I had been amicable and had not insinuated otherwise.
