  Previous review certainly not been my experience. Im a regular customer and staff alwsys lovely and chatty.Yes you sometimes have to be prepared for a wait but always well worth it and very reasonable prices

  The actual haircut was fine but customer service so poor as to make it a miserable experience overall. Ignored by staff. Finally seen 25 minutes after my appointment time. Most uncomfortable hair wash ever with badly positioned basin. Lots of conversation between staff (some in Italian) but none with customer. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day but I won't be going back.
